    Can we call 24/7 for emergencies?

    Yes we have a plumber on call.

    What are your call out rates?

    After Hours Weekdays $85 per Hour per Hour – 5:00pm Onwards
    No Call Out charge, Minimum 1 hour, then in 15 minute increments

    Weekends (Saturday) $85 per Hour – 8:00am – Noon
    No Call Out charge, Minimum 1 hour, then in 15 minute increments

    Public Holidays & All other times $100 per Hour
    Call Out charge $35, Minimum 1 hour, then in 15 minute increments
